SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

• Your order will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of placement via best way of shipment. (UPS, USPS or FedEx)
• Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. If Monday is a holiday, your order will be shipped the following business day.
• Delivery address information cannot be changed once the order has been placed. 
• We are not responsible for incorrect recipient's address information. 
• If placing an order during the summer months, please remember that chocolate melts  and therefore, should not be left outside exposed to the heat. 
• Between late Spring and early Fall, orders placed during the latter part of the week will not ship (unless the addressee is a next day delivery) till the following Monday/Tuesday to avoid having to sit in a distribution center or on a truck over the weekend.
• For multiple orders to the same address, we reserve the right to combine them into a single shipment.
• Shipping rates are based on the total product cost and weight of your order, after any discount, coupon, or other offers.
• We do not except any returns for any reasons. We will replace the product only if it's lost or damaged. Please contact hello@jaspens.com
